Big Fat Noises - Vitamins (Previously Unreleased) - Single

The year was 1997, and the band was already forming as we know it, with Chris at the helm, Jonny and Guy (in addition to Phil, the now fifth member). Back then, still in college, they were called 'Big Fat Noises'.
Under that name, they released their first work: 'Panic EP' (that's where 'Vitamins' comes from, of which you can hear a little bit in the documentary AHFOD). They liked to make music, but they began to see that their songs were very acoustic and simple; They were missing a drummer. That's when they got Will, who knew almost nothing about drums and learned to play that instrument on the fly. He was the last to join the band, hence the color photo of him in the illustration we see here, as opposed to the other black and white ones. And, well, the rest is history...
Vitamins was intended for the 1998 Safety E.P. but was later scrapped. Performed in 1998 under the name "Starfish".The band actually digitalized Vitamins from Tapes during 2006. During the early period of VIVA sessions.
